Her passion for skin originated from her experience with acne at a young age, and now she hopes to help others heal their skin. Kristy is a Registered Dietitian with 12 years of nutrition experience working in a variety of areas, including acute care in hospital, diabetes, weight management, disordered eating, gastrointestinal health, oncology, and general healthy eating. After having completed a BSc in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan, an 8-month internship, and a nationally accredited licensing exam, her career took her across Canada before setting down in Kelowna in 2016. Kristy is passionate about plant-based nutrition, gastrointestinal health, and how nutrition impacts our skin. Hint: these all go together!
